Rubric (highly subjective)

I will be basing my overall score from a scale of 0-50. Each topic will be rated 0-10, as well as other information such as service and atmosphere will be included in the post as helpful information.

The taste category is to determine how well the spices and flavors work with one another to compliment the overall dish. Such as sweet and spicy, or if a dish needed additional salt.

The price is determined by how much food there was compared to the overall quality of the food.

The scoring for satiety is determined by how filling and satisfactry the dish was. Did I get what I expected or were there unexpected differences.

Portion is of course a crucial part a dining experience, worst case scenario you get way less food than you had paid for. Portion scoring is not always bigger is better, but how much I paid, were the ingredients high quality, etc…

Originality is solely based off of if I had had the dish beforehand and how unique the recipe is.

Some extra information that could be given/commented upon each blog is presentation, service, atmosphere, cleanliness, and an overall review of the location.
